CE-Fitness is going to the next level! Yes we are still an in home personal training business and always will be. Yes I will still be delivering the training directly to your home -

-so what exactly is the next level?

CE-Fitness Studios.

What does the next level look like?

Virtually the same ? but more advanced; enhanced, if you will. You will now have a ?home base? ? and if you happen to be on that side of town or it?s more convenient, you can train in the studio!

Speaking of the studio ? allow me to further explain its layout?

First, think about a comfortable living room. This living room is smaller than the one you have ? with less room and less furniture.

?

Next, think about a nice, clean kitchenette. This kitchenette has far less room and is less functional than your own.

?

Finally think of an office.

?

Now think about all of these things in 240 square feet!

That is the design of CE-Fitness Studios.

Why so small? Why less instead of more?

?

Because the purpose of CE-Fitness Studios is to show you that if you can work out successfully in a very small space ? with far fewer amenities than you have in your own home ? then you can most certainly work out in your own living room.

And if you can prepare healthy, nutritious meals in CE-Fitness Studios tiny kitchenette, then you can absolutely prepare them in your full size kitchen at home.

Less is more ? because CE-Fitness Studios shows you that you don?t need millions of dollars of equipment to get in shape. It shows you that you don?t need special food, supplements or gadgets. Just knowledge, determination, and creativity.

The CE-Fitness Triad

Work has begun on a simple graph that represents a satellite view of fitness success. ?This simple triangle represents the 3 facets that are imperative if you are to attain your health and fitness goals.

The new CE-Fitness Triad ? the same principles but in an easy to understand diagram!

Those facets are:

  2. Nutrition

  3. Exercise
